National Engineering Management Honor Society

Congratulations to Kyle Edmundson (Graduate Engineering) for being selected by the Graduate Engineering faculty as a new member of the National Engineering Management Honor Society.  To be selected as a member, one must have at least 3.65 GPA and at least 18 credit hours completion.  Each year CBU new members are limited to 35% of graduate engineering students enrolled that year.  Kyle earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from CBU in 2011.  While he was an undergraduate engineering student at CBU, he co-oped with FedEx (AOD Aircraft Fleet Powerplant Engineering) and interned with Cummins (Manufacturing and Process Engineering).  He has been with FedEx since 2012 and currently is Powerplant Engineer.  He manages both on-wind and off-wing GE CF6 engine maintenance programs.

Congratulations to Adrienne Johnson (Graduate Engineering) for being selected as a member of the National Engineering Management Honor Society based on the nomination from CBU chapter of the society.  Her nomination was based on having a GPA of at least 3.65 and at least 18 credits completion in MSEM program at CBU.  In addition, CBU chapter cannot nominate more than 35% of its program enrollment. Adrienne earned B.S. in Biology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Currently she works for Cognate Bio Services (Memphis, TN) as Cell Manufacturing Associate II.  Before her current position, she was Chemist with GlaxoSmithKline (Memphis, TN) and Senior Chemist with MCP/Softee (Somerville, TN).  She is also a volunteer at Junior League of Memphis.
