The Mid-South Coalition for Minority Health International Research Training (MHIRT) Projects Symposium and Wrap-up for Summer 2013 projects will be held Saturday, October 5, 9:00 a.m.-noon, in Cooper-Wilson 105. Students who participated in the 2013 projects will be presenting the results from their summer international research experiences in Brazil and Uganda.
The symposium is free and open to the public. Breakfast and lunch will be served. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the summer projects for 2014 to meet with students and learn more about the program, and how they can qualify for an all-expense paid research experience. The presentation schedule is forthcoming.
